How can I personalize announcements?

For a pre-designed template: You can choose a template on our website. Then, provide the necessary details (names, dates, locations, etc.). We will send you a preview by email within 24 business hours for confirmation before printing.

What materials are used for your marriage certificates?

We use high quality 300gsm card stock or 150gsm cotton paper for a more elegant finish.

What is the delivery time for orders?

Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method chosen. In general, orders for marriage certificates are shipped within 24 hours and announcements within 7 working days.

Delivery :

  • Mondial Relay: 5 working days
  • Colissimo: 2 to 3 working days
  • Chronopost Express: 24 hours

Can I see a preview of my product before it is printed?

Yes, absolutely! You will receive a preview by email within 24 business hours. You will be able to confirm or request changes before we proceed to printing.

Do you offer marriage certificate personalization services?

Yes, we exceptionally accept requests for special customization.

Please choose an existing template on our site and provide the text to be entered or the color to be modified on WhatsApp at the following number: +33626550575

Please note that an additional charge will be applied for customization.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order in real time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the condition of the product and packaging. We will send you a new product as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

We cannot confirm cancellations because once the order is printed, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it. For any cancellation or modification request, please contact us by email as soon as possible at the following address: contact@almawada.fr .
